Today we are joined by Brian Gray who, along with his wife Cathy, is serving as a Missionary in Honduras. We spoke a couple of months back about Critical Race Theory and, if you missed that, you can take a listen here.
To give you an idea of Brian's context, the recording of this podcast was actually slightly delayed due to their house being struck by lightening and consequently losing power!
Our focus this week is the prophet Samuel and, although barely scratching the surface, we at least begin to look at the exemplary life of this biblical stalwart.
What role did Samuel play in the biblical narrative? Why would Jesus have highlighted this specific man? What does he teach us today? What would he reasonably say to the Church today?
