Hello!

Thanks as ever for joining us on Into the Pray and our teaching series, City of Temples, through the book of 1 Corinthians.

You can watch this podcast on YouTube here.

For related reading, you can buy Nick's book, Body Zero, here.

In today's session, we spend time looking at vv 14-27 of chapter 12.

Because of his immense suffering for the sake of Jesus’  Name, Paul's own body would have been disabled, heavily scarred and bow-legged; he would have experienced wound infections, mental anguish and, quite likely, joint dislocations.

- As we read and think about Paul's description of the Church as a body, what do you think of the Church today?  Are we 'fit for purpose'?

- Where do you think we are heading over the next few years?

- Does your own church feel healthy or dislocated?

- How do you fit in and how do you help others to also fit in?

Here's the film, "Paul - Apostle of Christ" - that I mention. I'm sure you can find it easily for rent.

Here's Nick’s short blog regarding what we thought of the film. What do you think?
